HERE'S HOW TO ENTER:
Fill out an entry form below for the HALIFAX UNCORKED Contest.
Then click SUBMIT.
Entrants must use their own name.
Must be 21 years or older to participate.
Employees of The Daytona Beach News-Journal or Daytona Beach International Festival and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Winners will be notified by phone.
LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.
CONTEST PERIOD:
The contest period is from November 1, 2009 until midnight, November 15, 2009.
DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES:
One grand prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entrants.
One winner, along with one guest, receives an exclusive meeting with Emmy Award Winner Ted Allen at News-Journal Center during the Halifax Uncorked food & wine & barley Jazz Festival 09, Nov. 21.
Grand Prize Winner will also receive an All Access Pass to experience 12 gourmet restaurants..
Participating restaurants include:
Spanish River Grill, Karlings, Kob Jai, Caffe Capri Ristorante, Azure, The Lime Restaurant, Café 101 at Daytona State College, Cress, Blue at Topaz, Grille at Riverview, So Napa Wine Company, and Ivy Lane Bistro.
Total prize value is $129.
Ten (10) runners-up receive two (2) tickets each to their choice of Halifax Uncorked Culinary Experience. Ticket value is $79.
Culinary Experiences include:
All access to the Grand Tasting Room, Culinary Conversations in the live studio audience kitchen complete with wine pairings and specialty beers and reserved seating at that evening's concert.
Concert choices are:
Richard Elliot, Jazz Icon Saxophonist - 8 p.m. Sat., Nov. 21, 2009 or Earl Klugh, Grammy Winning Guitarist - 7 p.m. Sun., Nov. 22, 2009
Drawings will take place Monday, November 16 at 901 Sixth St., Daytona Beach, FL, at 2 PM. Prize winners will be notified by phone.
