This was one of the best episodes of the season -- easily. I watched tonight and thought, "OK, they brought their 'A' game with this one."

I love when at least part of the episode focuses on the silly, stupid stuff that goes on at the office. Like debating whether Hilary Swank is hot. Because it's the type of debate that actually happens at some offices. I might have actually heard the same type of debate, but it was about Reese Witherspoon. (Reese is a no-brainer yes. Hilary ... she's a tougher call. Sometimes she really looks hot. But then other times ... meh. Like Sarah Jessica Parker. She can go either way. Like Jerry's two-face girlfriend in that "Seinfeld" episode.)

Even though these type of debates in real life don't typically consist of someone breaking out the projector, I thought the whole angle was awesome: Kevin talking about "Boys Don't Cry", Kelly getting upset, Oscar picking apart the picture, Stanley giving his passionate speech. And the debate getting decided by Michael. (My boss would have said, "Who the hell is Hilary Swank??!!?! What movie? No, I didn't see that!")

The stuff at Prince Family Paper wasn't quite as good as the Hilary Swank stuff, but it was still really funny. I loved that they had Michael use Michael Scarn for his alias. And they really let Dwight just be Dwight, like telling the guy to ditch his son and telling the woman that her coffee was terrible. "Is this instant!"

Oh, and how about the mistakes Michael made with his heart -- Jan ... and Ryan. HA!

Fantastic episode.
