juvenile_realty_check_02.jpgFor a time in the late 1990s, the center of the hip-hop universe wasn't the East Coast or the West Coast -- it was the Gulf Coast, thanks to the stable of New Orleans rappers on the Cash Money label.

While Lil' Wayne has carried the Cash Money banner in recent years, the rest of the crew has been flying under or off the radar, including its one-time Tony Soprano -- Juvenile.

Can the rapper behind "Back That Azz Up" and "Ha" return the Big Easy to rap's forefront? Can Juvy live up to the title of his new album, "Cocky and Confident"? When Jay-Z sees the size of the cigar that Juvy's sporting on the cover, will Jigga buy a bigger cigar for the cover of his next album?

Those questions will be answered soon, now that "Cocky and Confident" was released this week.
