When "In Bruges" was released in 2008, it opened to little fanfare and even less ticket sales.

But when this little-known British film starring Ralph Fiennes, Brendan Gleeson and Colin Farrell scored itself an Oscar nomination for Best Screenplay, folks started to take notice.

Set in the Belgian town of Bruges, "In Bruges," which was released on Blu-ray Tuesday, centers around two Irish hitmen who are sent to the quaint area to lay low after a botched hit. But it's not your typical action film. As a matter of fact, it may be one of the funniest films to come out in 2008.

As the pair waits for their marching orders, they come in contact with a slew of interesting characters from a pregnant innkeeper and a drug-dealing actress to a stupid conman and a racist dwarf. Hilarity, as you might expect, ensues.
