Diamond, who played Screech on the long-running "Saved By the Bell" TV franchise, will perform at 8 and 10 p.m.Jan. 29at Bonkerz Comedy Club in the LaPlaya Resort & Suites, 2500 N. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach.

Diamond portrayed Screech for almost 13 years in various "Saved By the Bell" series, from the show's beginning as "Good Morning, Miss Bliss" in 1988-'89, through "Saved By the Bell," "Saved By the Bell: The College Years" and its final incarnation, "Saved by the Bell: The New Class," which ran from 1994 to 2000.
Since his "Bell" days, Diamond has appeared on numerous game and reality TV shows, including "The Weakest Link," "Celebrity Boxing 2," "Celebrity Fit Club," "Hollywood Squares," "Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling" and "The Smoking Gun Presents: World's Dumbest." "Behind the Bell," Diamond's Hollywood memoir-expose, was published last September.
