Here are my quick thoughts on Sunday's WWE pay-per-view.

Kofi Kingston beats Drew McIntyre to win the IC title: I've always said McIntyre doesn't have the "it" factor that WWE gave him months ago. Maybe everyone else is starting to see this, too. I don't wish ill-will on the man, but I just don't think he'll ever be in Triple H's league. On the flip side, maybe WWE just wants to see what Kofi will do as a champion. PICK: I'm 0-1.

R-Truth beats Ted DiBiase: If the first match result didn't surprise me enough, this one surely did. I wonder what's next for these two, and I wonder if DiBiase will lose the momentum he had. PICK: I'm 0-2.

Rey Mysterio beats C.M. Punk, so Punk's hair is gone: I guess WWE simply didn't want this feud to drag on forever. I guess Punk, who lost a lot of his hair, will feud next with Kane. As for Mysterio, who knows? PICK: I'm 0-3.

Hart Dynasty beat Miz & Chris Jericho for the tag titles: Good to see the faces get their hands raised here. And good to hear this was the best match of the night so far. That surprises me some. PICK: I'm 1-3.

Edge vs. Randy Orton is a double-countout: Who knows if my Orton prediction would have been correct with the injury to Orton. Let's hope his reported broken forearm doesn't sideline him too long. PICK: I'm 1-4.

Big Show beats Jack Swagger by DQ: I guess this feud will continue, which for a main-event program between these two just seems silly. PICK: I'm 1-5.

Eve Torres beats Maryse for the Divas title: Glad to see Eve keeps the strap. Weird match placement here, but that's a minor quibble. PICK: I'm 2-5.

John Cena beats Batista in an I Quit match for the WWE title: Looks like this match stole the show. That's good to hear. Decent transitional feud introduced with Sheamus (vs. Cena). PICK: I'm 3-5 (Nice rebound after an 0-3 start).

Final thoughts: Real blood of McIntyre, Punk and Cena (and that's from what I read -- I didn't watch the show) seemed to really slow things down. Of course, the injuries didn't help either. All this on the 11th anniversary of Owen Hart's death. Makes you wonder if there was a curse.
