PWInsider.com reported Monday that Eric Bischoff's Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment company will kick off production of its reality TV series on Micro Championship Wrestling, a midget wrestling promotion, this Thursday at the iMPACT Zone at Universal Studios in Orlando.
The report said even though Hulk Hogan looks to be involved in this that it is not a TNA Wrestling project and not for Spike TV, which has its own new midget wrestling reality show called Half Pint Brawlers. The report hints at a pilot for TruTV.
Bischoff doesn't start things up, especially in wrestling, without knowing what he is doing. While it's a little strange having two midget wrestling promotions starting up at the same time, especially one on Spike TV which is TNA Wrestling's main network, the concept seems interesting.
I'm assuming admission is free for this one, too, but don't take my word on that.
