Now that the Olympics are over, it's time to welcome back your regularly scheduled programming.

March marks the beginning of the spring TV season where many of the shows that took a little winter hibernation come out of their caves and join the rest of us.

Not sure when your favorite is back on the air? Here's a little Fanboy checklist.

Don't miss: I finally had a chance to catch up with the network's reboot of "V" and I gotta say, I kind of like it. I remember the original series when I was a kid and I'll admit, it's the first TV show that actually scared the pants off of me. I went to bed many nights waiting for my parents to tear off their faces, revealing lizard-like aliens who eat small animals. And while I don't think the new series is quite up to the standard of the original just yet, it has promise. Throw in "Lost's" Elizabeth Mitchell and I'm all in. "V" is back March 30.

Premiering: British chef Jamie Oliver brings his "Food Revolution" to your TV set March 26.

Also back:
"FlashForward," March 18; "Dancing With the Stars," March 22

Don't miss: Aside from the Jenna Elfman comedy "Accidentally on Purpose" moving to Wednesdays starting March 31, the only thing happening at CBS is the premiere of "Miami Medical" on April 2. The show features "The Tudors" star Jeremy Northam and others as "adrenaline-fueled surgeons trying to keep up the pace at a major metropolitan hospital." Add this to the list of CBS shows I have absolutely no interest in.

Don't miss: Say what you want, but I love game shows. So you can be sure that when NBC debuts "Minute To Win It" on March 14, I'll be in front of the telly. The show features contestants trying a variety of time-limited stunts for prizes up to a million dollars. And it's hosted by the Food Network's Guy Fieri, which may deter some of you who consider Fieri a very large tool. (I don't.)

Also back:
"Trauma," March 8; "Celebrity Apprentice," March 14

FOX

Don't miss: Anyone who reads this column knows I am a huge J.J. Abrams nerd. So it should come to know surprise that I find Fox's "Fringe" to be one of the best series on TV. On top of intriguing story lines, all based in real science, the best part about "Fringe" is its stellar acting. Special kudos go out to John Noble who plays the quirky, yet brilliant Dr. Walter Bishop. "Fringe" returns April 1.

Premiering:
"Ultimate Recipe Showdown," March 14; "Sons of Tucson," March 14
Also back: "Glee," April 13

Side note:
Fans of "Lie To Me," word is that the return of the show is contingent on how soon a new series is canceled. Not good news.
